NDIS Service Agreement
Back to the A-Z of open employment
A National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Service Agreement is an agreement between you and your provider that makes it clear what you have both agreed to.
Australian Consumer Law covers this agreement.
When you agree to use your NDIS budget to pay for supports, you’re entering into a contract with your provider. You don’t have to have a written Service Agreement, but it is recommended.
